St Cuthbert’s Society Cricket Club is a social and competitive club that welcomes all prospective members; regardless of previous playing standards or experience.

St Cuthbert’s Society Cricket Club is a social and competitive club to which all are welcome. Previous playing experience is unimportant, as we aim to cultivate and develop an interest in the game.
St Cuthbert’s cricket consists of mixed gender A and B teams allowing us to host ex DUCC players alongside complete beginners. Our shared love of the sport translates into the established social aspect of the club. Social members are welcomed, with a strong and growing alumni body.
Indoor nets should be taking place weekly throughout first and second term and are free to attend for all. These indoor facilities were completed last year and provide an excellent platform for improving your game. We usually have two or three nets per week which provides ample space for all to bat and bowl. However, it is currently unclear as to whether we will be able to use these straight away, with updates available on our Facebook page.
The Indoor Cricket league begins in second term, for which we have two teams. This format consists of 6 players on each side in a 10 over format, and is perfect for getting your eye in before the summer.
In third term, outdoor nets will begin, with our two full teams participating in intercollegiate outdoor T20 leagues.
